Step 2. Build a Helix Team (Most Important!!!)

• 2 x Helix (with Bunker): Each carries 5 rocket soldiers (10 if you use Advanced Infantry General)
• 1 x Helix (with Gattling Cannon): Carry 5 soldiers (red guard). For detect stealth unit and capture enemy building.
• 1 x Helix (with Tower): Carry a dozer. For auto-repair and building base. Later you will need a Command Center to use General Abilities.
• To win the game, you can't afford to lose anyone of the Helix. Save your game often, in multiple versions, so you can roll back. Also, save the game before making a major move. e.g. fighting big enemy troop, attack strong enemy base.

Notes for Advanced Infantry General
The constraints below do not affect China Tank and Nuke Generals.
• The Helix is upgraded with Bunker ability by default.
• Tower upgrade is not available. You cannot auto-repair.
  How to deal with this: try to kill many enemy to get Helix promoted to Rank 2, which can auto-repair without a tower. Be extra careful when attacking anti-air units such as quad cannon and stinger site.
• Gattling Cannon upgrade is not available. You cannot see stealth units.
• The Helix can't carry dozer. I don't know why.
  How to deal with this: later we will get a GLA Worker works for us. :)

Step 3. Hold the Line

• Try to hold the line as long as you can.
• Try to collect as much money as you can.
• Try to let Helix kills more enemies to get promoted and stronger.
• Do not let Helix stays too near the Command Center. The Anthrax Bomb Drop can destroy them.
• Upgrade the Napalm Bomb of Helix ($800 each) if you have enough money.

You have to let go the base. Otherwise you are just wasting money creating the same structure again and again. You will rebuild everything again later.

Get Helix Promoted
The Helix Team shall form a good firing trap to most enemy units. If you can't handle them (e.g. Quad Cannon group), fly to the mountain, playing hide and seek with them, and eliminate them one by one when they split up. Don't engage with them if their firing power is strong. Remember, you can't lose any of the Helix. If your Helix was damaged, move to a safe spot, wait for full recovery by Tower Helix or Auto-Repair, before going for next target. For example, I only attack one Stinger Site at a time.

Also keep an eye on the countdown of Scud Storm. Since you have no base, the scud storm will target at Helix. No problem, whenever you hear that the scud storm is launched, move Helix far away from the current spot quickly.

Try to kill as many enemy as possible. If Helix is promoted to rank 2, it can auto-repair. At the end, all your Helix and rocket soldiers will be promoted to highest rank. You will kill enemy like crushing an egg. There are non-stop supply of easy enemy targets, who always like to gather on the same spots (See the pictures below). Helix may bomb the area behind (see picture at the right below) to kill the hidden Rebel Ambush.

This can be quite boring for some of you. But for those Diablo players who are used to spend days to upgrade the level of their Paladin, this waiting time is nothing. :)
